“Despite being told by an insulation firm that the insult-fluff in my attic was 'minimum code' and there was no need for new insulation I felt otherwise and had Frank from Fluffbusters check it out. Turns out is was in a pretty bad state and removing it was not only a great option but highly recommended for the house holds health and well being. Frank was great to work with, very easy to get on with and very free with advice and information. I have a very low pitch roof and access is dreadful, I could see Frank was a bit daunted by the proposition until I told him I was getting the house reproofed and new insulation installed, at which point it was just a matter of getting working with the roofers and having them open up the roof in strategic points for Frank and Eric to access the roof with he giant vacuum cleaner and they made short work of getting almost all of the fluff out of the roof. Access was still tricky for them and it was a very hot day, but they just powered through it and did an awesome job and really didn't get in the way of the roofers to any degree. This is a messy business, and there was some cleaning up to do afterwards, but I can't fault Frank's work one bit and anyone who has this insult-fluff in their attic, get Frank in to suck it out and dispose of it, don't do what most insulation installers say and just install blanket style insulation over the top, the insult-fluff is toxic, get rid of it and Frank from Fluffbusters is the best man for the job!”
